Dear Forum members, We are a couple, planning to move from Chicago to kick start our professional + household life. We are in process of finalizing job offers and cities.Atlanta is one of them. We recently graduated in our respective fields and feel it would be a nice city to live and work. Kindly help us in making this decision. Our specific questions are as follows: 1) What should be the budget for a decent house in safe neighborhood? ( 2-3 bedrooms). It may not be predominantly Indian community but our prime criterion is well connected and lively neighborhood. 2) And what things to keep in mind before renting a place? 3) Which neighborhoods has high concentration of Indians residing? 4) Any suggested agents which we can get in touch to make house hunting faster and secure. 5) Please feel free to offer any related suggestions and advice.
